Making the Humvee
Even More Unstoppable

It was originally termed the HMMWV (High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle) but soldiers started calling it the Humvee.

It lived up to its name though, and earned a reputation on the battlefield for being unstoppable.

However, the owner of this particular Humvee was not satisfied and decided to add tank treads at all four corners.

Was it worth it?

You decide after watching it drive through a pond thatā€™s around 10 feet deep.

Hereā€™s a link to the full video if youā€™re interested.

Chevy Camaro with Eight Wheels

Big Block + Chevy Camaro + Dually Tires + Ice = FUN.

A lot of fun!

The car was built "as a tribute to old racing Camaros that had a series" in Finland.

Here are some specs:

  • The engine is a sixth-gen 454 pulled from a 1991 Chevy Suburban

  • Aftermarket mods allow the engine to make 400 horsepower and more than 440 lb-ft of torque

  • The dually wheels are homemade and have studs for better traction

The owner of this beast has a YouTube channel documenting the full build.

Life-size Lego Ferrari 296 GTS

Hereā€™s what you need to know about this amazing creation:

  • It took a team of 10 people and 1,850 hours to build

  • It has functional headlights and taillights

  • It sits on original Ferrari 296 wheels, and the interior also sports a real 296 steering wheel

  • It weighs 4400 lbs (around 1000 lbs more than the actual car)

Double Win from
Florida Police

I want you to look at this vette.

itā€™s gorgeous

And how did the police force acquire it?

After they busted a drug dealer in a police chase.

Gives me vibes from Need for Speed Rivals - great game if you like chasing or being chased in a police pursuit.

And ladies and gentlemen!

1/ Teen plunges Jeep right into a trailer

Itā€™s unlikely this was the result of letting oneā€™s intrusive thoughts win.

Luckily, no one was injured!

2/ Going into ā€œDriveā€ instead of ā€œParkā€

This is the aftermath of making that subtle mistake.

car driving through a gas pump

This couldā€™ve ended horribly. Thankfully, nobody was hurt.

The gas station employee put out some of the fire (brave) and then the supression system kicked in.

3/ Tesla Model 3, Y, And S crash together

The irony?

All 3 Teslas were supposed to have advanced collision-avoidance tech.

1/ Someone finally drag races the Cybertruck vs. the 911

Mr. Elonā€™s claim that the Cybertruck is faster than a 911 was debunked by Engineering Explained.

But that was in theory.

How does it fare in a real-world race?

The guys are Throttle House give us the answer.

2/ Tesla Cybertrucks have started rusting

The whole point of stainless steel is to NOT rust.

However, after just a few days of rain, owners have started complaining about rust on the surface of their trucks.

Tesla did respond by saying that the CyberTruck can develop corrosion under certain circumstances, and they have a procedure to fix it.

The user manual also recommends owners ā€œimmediatelyā€ remove substances like grease, oil, bird droppings, tree resin, dead insects, tar, and road salt, and ā€œnot wait until CyberTruck is due for a complete wash.ā€

I have a simpler and cheaper solution.

PPF the whole truck!

3/ EV Hypertrucks are here!

The Scarbo SV Rover is an off-road monster, and has been dubbed the ā€œworldā€™s first street-legal hypertruckā€.

Hereā€™s what you need to know:

  • It produces a colossal 1000 hp

  • The design has been inspired by the classic Land Rover Defender 90

  • The SV was initially designed for Baja and then converted to be street-legal

  • Itā€™s also available with a supercharged V8

  • Prices start at $1.5 million

It will be interesting to see how the Scarbo stacks up to the GMC Hummer EV, Rivian R1T, or Tesla Cybertruck, and if itā€™s worthy to be called a hypertruck.

1/ Spot the odd one out

2/ Who doesnā€™t love a V8?
